Pick your Power Pose

“Fake it till you make it.”

This long-espoused adage now has science to back it up. The physical posture with which we hold ourselves can be tantamount to winning or losing, depending on the stance you take. Social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows us how to “power pose” and how it might make all the difference in your next job interview, business negotiation, or public presentation. So take a stand, today and everyday, to be the most powerful one in the room. Or at least to feel that way.

Try your own Power Pose. Pick your favorite.
