Some Cocktail Inspiration for Holiday Entertaining

I had the pleasure of sharing some of my favorite Holiday Cocktails with Leslie Durso and TheLip.TV!
The Holidays can sometimes be stressful, so I wanted to help take the edge off with some easy cocktail ideas that will make entertaining a breeze, leaving you with more time to rock around the Christmas tree or just catch up with the family.

The recipes are below, if you would like to make any of these tasty winter cocktails for Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas or Kwanzaa!

Holiday Cocktails

Le Grand Courtage and Strong Tonic Champagne Cocktail

Homecoming Queen

1 oz Apple Jack
1 oz Original Strong Tonic
Le Grand Courtâge French Sparkling Wine (or Champagne)

Chill 1st two ingredients in a shaker, pour into a champagne flute & top with Le Grand Courtâge. Garnish with apple or pear.

Travelling Emporium Punch with Hendricks Gin

Travelling Emporium Punch

1 ½ parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts seasonal herbal tea of your choosing
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
1 part sparkling water
3 dashes Angostura bitters
lemon & cucumber wheels to garnish

Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl over a block of ice. Stir together to chill and dilute. Add bitters to taste, then garnish and serve.

1oz Art in the Age SNAP
1.5oz Bourbon
.25oz Simple Syrup
Dash of Angustura Bitters
Orange Peel

Stir with a large ice cube and Garnish with Orange Peel
Optional: Spritz with Toasted Pecan Bitters or Toasted Oak Bitters over the glass

Midnight Express Veev cocktailThe Midnight Express

2 oz VEEV
1 oz Espresso
Dash of Vanilla
2 Tsp. of Brown Sugar

Add all ingredients to ice filled rocks glass and stir.
Top with whip cream and an animal cracker

Tea Toddy with Owls Brew

Owl’s Brew Tea Toddy

2 Parts The Classic Owl’s Brew
1 Part Whiskey or Spiced Rum
Apple Slices

Combine 1st 2 ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat until desired. Do not boil.
Pour into mug. Garnish: Cinnamon Stick and Apple Slices
